Performance



The standard engine that comes with the Dodge Hornet is a turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 268 horsepower. This engine pairs with a 9-speed automatic transmission and includes all-wheel drive. Moving to the R/T trim allows for an optional plug-in hybrid engine, which makes 288 horsepower (also includes all-wheel drive). The R/T trim also comes with Brembo performance front brakes.

Interior Features 



Comfort features are quite impressive with the Dodge Hornet thanks to a robust set of standard offerings. The base GT trim comes with dual-zone automatic climate control, seating for five, 60/40 split folding rear seats, and cloth upholstery. The GT Plus trim adds quite a bit, including a sunroof, a power liftgate, remote engine start, leather upholstery, power adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel, and heated/ventilated front seats. The R/T trim comes with a heated steering wheel and heated front seats. The R/T Plus maximizes available features from the GT Plus that the R/T trim didn't include.

Technology

If tech is on your mind, then the Hornet is ready to help. The Dodge Hornet GT includes Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a 10.25-inch touchscreen display, and a 6-speaker audio system. The GT Plus trim adds a 14-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system, wireless charging, and a navigation system. Additional tech features can be had via the Tech Package.
